Thank you for a pleasant stay at Optima! Our family truly enjoyed our time at this fairly new hotel in Vinnytsia. The spacious and clean rooms were perfect for our little one under 5. The in-room safety box gave us peace of mind as we explored the charming city. The staff at the reception were not only kind but also very helpful, making us feel right at home.One highlight was when we checked out in the middle of the night, the thoughtful team prepared a lunch box for our journey back home, which our child under 6 loved. The value for money was excellent, and we will definitely return on our next trip to Vinnytsia. The cleaning ladies were thorough, and the hotel restaurant catered well to families like ours. A truly family-friendly experience that we recommend to all!
